Resolving a sleepless conflict cloud →
So, here’s the rub: our 8-week old daughter only goes to sleep on top of us. It’s nice in a “I feel wanted” kinda way, but that wears pretty thin between the hours of 1am and 6am.
It’s been happening throughout history, of course. Beautiful accidents....

After so many fine examples of the power of procrastination (anything baby-related) is a great excuse) I finally wrote non-stop of 45 minutes yesterday: the first action proving my New Year’s resolve.
And re-reading it didn’t hurt that much either!

My accountant has just called my 73-year-old mother - he’s her accountant too - to get her to hassle me into getting my returns in on time.
I doubt accountants take a hippocratic oath of confidentiality, but I think he’s still gone well beyond acceptable behaviour, especially as he knows that my mother likes to worry about any and every thing.
I think this will be the last return...
